Trade Policies
General Trade Info
TOTL Games is a full buy-sell-trade location. We will pay cash or store credit for all things Video Game related. We will also pay both cash or store credit for TCG Singles, Sealed TCG Product, unbuilt Gunpla/model kits, certain Warhammer models, terrains and books. We can do cash or credit for some items not listed here, depending on what it is. Please call or email us for any inquiries about trade in’s.
For all trade ins, both cash and store credit, we do require a valid form of government-issued identification upon confirmation of the trade.
Same Day Trade’s
TOTL Games can do same day trades, but due to how thorough we are with our trade in process, we do have limits on what we can do same day. We recommend calling ahead of time to confirm that we are taking trades, and that we can complete your trade same day, as we can get busy being right across from the OCC. For video games, we can do 5-10 games OR 1 console and 5 games OR 1-2 consoles depending on how busy we are same day. The TCG side can do 5-10 cards same day, again depending on how busy they are.
Same day trade cut off time is 6:30PM for both the Video Game and TCG side.

Play Space Policies & Rules
Play Space Hours & Availability
Our play space is open when we are open, so 11am-8pm and occasionally 9-10pm depending on the event. If we do not have an event going, you are more than welcome to come in and play, we have no table fee we just ask that you abide by our rules and leave the space the way you left it. If we do have an event, you can call us ahead of time to see if we will have the space for you, but please keep in mind we have to prioritize our event attendees and may need to ask you to leave or move. Play Space Rules
We allow outside food and drink in our play space, except for alcohol. Drinks are required to have a closing top, and we ask that you do not eat anything on top of the various mats in our play space.
If you are planning on painting or building model kits in our play space, please avoid sitting on any tables with our playmats, and remove the black tablecloth before painting/building. Also please make sure to clean up after yourself!
TOTL Games is an all-ages store, so please keep that in mind when playing in our store. While we don’t mind the occasional swear word, we ask that you not swear in front of children, and keep your conversations appropriate while being mindful of those around you. When in doubt, act like you’re in an official tournament!
We do not tolerate unsportsmanlike behavior. We understand that it can be frustrating sometimes, especially in competitive formats, but we ask that you try to be respectful of those around you and not engage in unsportsmanlike behavior.
Slurs are not tolerated at TOTL Games. You will be given a warning, then asked to leave.
If you have any questions or concerns, please bring them up with a manager.

Can I Buy Something Online/Do You Ship?
While not all of our inventory is available online, you can browse a significant chunk of our in-store inventory online through our webstore! If there is something not listed there that you wish to see, please reach out to us and we will look into getting it online for you!
